Delete your data
For the A Gift for Hazel: Workshop app for iPhone and Android, by High Key Interactive. The app has no accounts, so there is nothing to sign in to: you ask us by email and we delete it.
How to ask
- Email haikey.build@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my data".
- To delete your email address and sign-ups, send it from that email address.
- To delete presents you sent, include the link of each one (the link you shared when you sent it).
- To delete your support conversations from the app, say so, and give the name or email address you used in the chat, or roughly when you wrote.
We will confirm by email once it's done, within 30 days.
What the app keeps on your phone (your pieces, projects, settings and the presents you have received) never leaves it: deleting the app deletes it.
What is deleted
- Your email address and the record of what you signed up for.
- Your support conversations from the app.
- The presents whose links you send us: the piece, its wrapping, the names on the tag, the note and the title, along with the hash of the sending app's identifier that is stored with them and the record of which app installations sent and received them.
What is kept, and for how long
- Abuse-prevention hashes of IP and email addresses are deleted automatically after 30 days.
- Support conversations you don't ask us to delete are deleted automatically 12 months after the last message.
- Statistics linked to an app installation's random identifier are deleted automatically after 26 months. They aren't linked to your name or email address, so we can't find yours from your email; once you delete the app, they can no longer be connected to you.
- Statistics that don't identify anyone are kept.
- Reports of presents are kept while we need them to prevent abuse.
- Deleted data may remain in our providers' backups for up to 30 days before it is overwritten.
- We may keep information where the law requires us to.
- Information our advertising partners collected through their pixels on our ad pages, such as hashed email addresses, is held by them under their own privacy policies; you can ask them to delete it.
